• Social networks like Diaspora, Facebook, Identica, Twitter etc
• Mailing lists
• Direct communication and presentation on events
• News on traditional web sites
• Real people, multipliers of infromation

... which addresses your target group and WikiSkills topics like wikis, education etc.

Try to contact the person "behind the wheel" and ask if he or she is willling to do a guest post or to publish your appetizer, your chunk of prepared content.
